I currently accept BCBS and am working on becoming in-network with Aetna and United Health Care.

What is your rate?
  • My fees are $150 per 50 minute session for self-pay clients.
  • I am in-network with BCBS of Texas, United Health Care, and AETNA.
  • I will verify your insurance coverage before our first session.

Do you offer both online and in-person counseling appointments?

I currently offer both in-person and telehealth appointments.

Is online therapy effective?

Online therapy can be just as effective for those who cannot do in-person appointments

Is online therapy confidential?

Online therapy is confidential and conducted through HIPPA compliant telehealth platforms.

What are your health and safety procedures for in-person counseling during the pandemic?

We sanitize all surfaces between each session and ask that any clients experiencing symptoms meet via telehealth or reschedule treatment once they are symptom free. We also require masks in the waiting area.

Why should I consider therapy?

Everyone needs a little help now and then. Taking care of your mental health is no different than taking care of your physical health.

How long does therapy usually take?

While every situation is different, most people stay in therapy an average of 3-6 months. It really all depends on the issues we are addressing.

Can I just take medication to treat my mental health concerns?

While medication may be indicated for certain conditions, it is not a magic pill and should always be used in conjunction with talk based therapy.
